Nutritious Banana Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Our Healthy And Balanced Cooking.

How do baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally must find a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread to ages, then cut out small cookies in your heart, moon and star shapes then wait the next century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That's just not how I roll up. But I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Ok, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.

However, what largely convinced me was you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can combine two components.

Though in the event you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you consume them), but I must say one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, after I had had the first I finished the rest within an hour.

They're great for hiking trips or other occasions where you want a quick energizing snack on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a fast bite in my back pack.

It also has to be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the regular cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I still think these would be the only really healthy cookies that have yet been produced by humankind .

Take oats for example. Not merely do they decrease your cholesterol levels which subsequently helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more throughout the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- essential for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller

Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not only because they contain a decent number of good carbs but also for being the big players at the potassium game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a tough day ahead of you.

Since you can see, I'm a big fan.

Here's a good example of when I could have done with a couple of those cookies. Sadly, I did not have them .
